UNPA issues postal stationery envelope to meet new U.S. rate

The United Nations Postal Administration is issuing a postal stationery envelope July 15 to match the United States first-class letter rate taking effect July 14.
The large postal stationery envelope for use from the post office at U.N. headquarters in New York City is denominated 73¢.
In the upper right corner, the envelope includes an imprinted stamp showing the U.N. emblem in white over an amber background.
A cachet (decorative design) featuring a vintage photograph of the lobby of the U.N. headquarters appears on the left side of the envelope.
