Ireland's An Post just released stamps that come to life: Morning Report

A new series of Irish stamps commemorate the country's animation industry in a very lively way.

1. Tech-savvy stamps

An Post in Ireland released a set of stamps on March 20 that honor the country's animation industry and, with the help of your smartphone, come to life. 

"In a first for An Post, the stamps feature Augmented Reality technology to virtually bring them to life," an An Post press release reads. "When scanned by a Smartphone with the CEE App installed, a specially produced film featuring Roy, Give Up Yer Aul Sins, The Secret of Kells and Nelly & Nora, and other animated works can be seen."
